About the Role
This role will be suited to a passionate, enthusiastic and self motivated individual.
Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
To provide a commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children and young people;
To work collaboratively with teachers and parents to implement a programme (which is provided by the classroom teacher) that is best suited to student's individual needs.
Positively guide students' behaviour and assist them towards independence in their learning
Establish rapport and trust with the student, carers, teachers and outside support agencies, eg: speech therapist, occupational therapist.

Key Selection Criteria
Demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education;
Previous experience in an education setting working with children or young people is desirable (if applicable);
Willingness to further enhance understanding of children's learning and behaviours;




A collegial and collaborative approach to engaging with others;
Ensure Child Safety Standards are upheld;
