community organisations.

Your Contribution
As our Chef you will be a key part of our Catering Team responsible for
maintaining and enhancing our reputation as market leaders in our sector who focuses
on quality and safety.
You will:
Prepare and serve
high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needs
Maintain kitchen
hygiene and food safety standards in line with our Food Safety Program
Manage stock
rotation and food storage
Support a
team-oriented team environment and contribute to a positive guest
experience
Proactively model
the Fresh Hope values in all interactions with your team, stakeholders,
and external parties
The Essentials




As an experienced Chef you will have:
Cert III in
Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
Enjoy working in a
high-volume kitchen environment and know the shortcuts to make service run
smoothly
Experience with
dietary requirements and food safety compliance
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team
A friendly,
reliable attitude, willingness to improve your skills and a heart for
service
