About the Role
Our Product Solutions Group is well known in the Australian market for delivering incredible results for our customers, whilst providing a close knit, supportive environment for our Sales teams led by some of the best mentors and sales minds in the industry!
The Account Manager role is responsible for maximising revenue from our major/key customer accounts to achieve agreed revenue targets.
You'll be planning and overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for our company products and services for a designated client or group of clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and strategic business growth.
Our office is based in
Adelaide.

What you'll do
At the moment, as
Account Manager
you will be focused on:
Formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans for major/key client accounts to achieve sales revenue targets
Managing revenue, growth, productivity and profit for your entire portfolio




Leading program processes and coordinating cross-business resources to ensure achievement of goals, schedules and quality commitments
Managing negotiations between the organisation, clients and third-parties involved
Collaborating with sales and support groups to identify opportunities for expanded business
Conducting product demonstrations and coordinating preparation of sales proposals, tenders and contracts
Acting as the organisation's single point of contact to clients during implementation
Working closely with clients to determine present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades
Advising customers on information and business technology strategy
Supporting the wider sales team where required
We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
What you'll bring
Required experience:
4+ years of related account management or similar experience
Experience with managing customer contracts and requests
Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills and persuasive ability
Expert IT product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels




Specialist knowledge of relevant IT industry and vendor products
Strong Project management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have:
Specialist knowledge of IT products and services
Ability to motivate and manage direct and indirect teams across multiple functions
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Science, Engineering, Economics or related discipline
