Job Description
Positive Drinks Australia seeks a Customer Experience Centre Team Leader to guide a nationwide team and drive customer engagement from Brisbane.
You will oversee consultant activities, ensure excellent service, and push for incremental sales while expanding our footprint across Australia.
You will lead by example, coach staff, and stay hands-on on calls while collaborating with Field Sales to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve targets.
