Job Description
Wesfarmers Health in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager for the AM shift at the Melbourne Distribution Centre.
You will lead a team of managers and staff to ensure safe, effective distribution of products from 5 AM to 1 PM.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive safety, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement while fostering a positive team culture and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced FMCG leader.
