Job Description
Randwick City Council in Sydney's eastern beaches seeks an Arts Programs Lead to join the Arts & Culture Team.
You will develop and deliver creative arts programs, exhibitions and events reflecting community identity while maintaining best-practice standards.
You will strengthen access to Council spaces, build networks, and support local cultural sector capacity through collaboration and delivery.
The role is permanent full-time (35 hours per week) with salary $112,422–$129,285 plus 12% super.
