Central Australian Aboriginal Congress in Alice Springs is seeking a Community Wellbeing Support Worker to help deliver SEWB services in a community-led health service.
You will support service linkages, provide bicultural pairing with SEWB staff, advocate for client healthcare access and conduct follow-ups; the role does not include individual case management.
