Job brief
We are looking for a Client Success, Team Lead, for rapidly expanding payment technology company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an immediate opening for a full time, permanent position.
This is an ideal position for an energetic individual who prefers the dynamics of working in a small, rapid paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Team Lead, supervisor experience with 4 -6 CS team members.
Onboarding recent Merchants from application to go live.
Day to day account management with existing merchant base.
Client focus, with robust phone etiquette.
Requirements
Prior experience in a Client Success team lead role.
2+ years' experience with a Financial Technology or SaaS company.
Background in Merchant Card Processing preferred.
Willing to travel and attend seminars.
Ability to commute to an office-based position daily.
Demonstrated ability to train people
