The Company:

This fantastic mid sized events agency is known for delivering high-quality corporate conferences, incentives and events. They work across a diverse portfolio of clients and provide an end-to-end service for their clients. They are looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team in their North Sydney office.

Position Terms:
Full time, Permanent Role
Working 4 days in the office, located in North Sydney
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus super
Travel will be required for event delivery

The Role:

Reporting to the Event Director, the Event Coordinator will own the operational detail of each event, working closely with the Event Manager and Event Director.

Key Responsibilities include;
Supplier coordination (caterers, AV, transport, entertainment, etc.)
Supporting run sheet development and management
In office delivery support, including setup, troubleshooting and pack-down
Managing registration platforms (Cvent)
Tracking RSVPs, dietary requirements, accommodation and travel bookings
Delegate communications (confirmations, updates, day-of logistics, etc.)
Supporting budget tracking against supplier invoices and quotes
Post-event reporting
Maintaining project trackers (Asana)



and shared files (Dropbox)
Liaising directly with suppliers and select client contacts

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the events industry, ideally within conferences and corporate events. Excellent communication and administration skills are essential for this role.
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable taking direction, but proactive about flagging issues
Prior experience with Cvent or a comparable registration platform is highly desirable
Experience with Asana, Slack, or Microsoft Teams is highly desirable
Ability to travel for event delivery when required.
Ability to work from the office 4 days a week (located in North Sydney)
