Job Description
Must Have Skills:
Robust experience in Microsoft Exchange Serveradministration,ExchangeSite Transformation, and messaging infrastructure migrationprojects.
Hands-on expertise with Exchange Server *********, ExchangeOnline, Office 365, and hybrid environments.
Proven experience in mailboxmigrations, site consolidations, tenant-to-tenant migrations,coexistencemanagement,and Exchange infrastructure modernization.
Deep understanding of mailflow, SMTP, DNS, Active Directory integration, DAG (DatabaseAvailabilityGroup),load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
Experience in troubleshooting complex mail delivery, performance,and connectivity issues.
Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting forExchangeadministration,automation, and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and projectexecution skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365administration,MicrosoftEntra ID (Azure AD),



Azure services, and hybrid identity solutions.
Knowledge of Exchange securitytechnologiesincludingMicrosoft Defender for Office 365, email security gateways,anti-spam, anti-malware, and compliance solutions.
Experience with migration tools such as Quest,Binary Tree, or Microsoft migration tools.
Exposure to Teams,SharePoint,OneDrive,and broader Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, automation tools,and cloud transformation initiatives.
Experience working in large-scaleglobal enterprise environments is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer -Exchange Site Transformation to support enterprisemessagingtransformationand modernization initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible forplanning,designing,implementing, and supporting Exchangeinfrastructuretransformationprojects, including data center migrations,siteconsolidations,Exchange upgrades, hybrid deployments, and cloud migrationprograms.
The role requires strong expertise in MicrosoftExchange Server, Exchange Online, Active Directory, mail flow architecture,high-availability solutions, and messaging security technologies.
The engineer will work closely withinfrastructure,security,cloud, and business teams to ensure seamless migration of messagingservices while minimizing business disruption and maintainingserviceavailability.
