EML is Australia's leading workers compensation and personal injury claims manager, based in Adelaide, offering a permanent, full time role with flexibility to work from home.
You will proactively manage end-to-end workers compensation claims, including disability management within a self-insured framework, acting as a senior team member with coaching and escalations.
The position is based in our Adelaide office with hybrid work options, and you will build strong relationships with stakeholders
