Randstad is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Change Analyst (People) for a 9-month contract in Brisbane.
You will support HR and payroll change strategies aligned with ERP Transformation and manage stakeholder communications across the program.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Change Analysis for HR, Payroll, or SAP implementations, with solid knowledge of ADKAR/Kotter models, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
Brisbane-based with unlimited rights is required.
