The Sporting Globe is opening its biggest Greensborough venue, and we're seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen from day one.
You'll build the BOH team, set standards, and drive a premium, high-volume operation in a multi-level sports bar workplace.
You'll recruit and coach your kitchen crew, manage costs and deliver consistent, top-quality food as the venue scales for game days and big crowds.
