As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations, including general office administration duties, answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails and customer enquiries, providing exceptional customer service, data entry and document management, assisting with operational and administrative tasks as required, and supporting team members to ensure efficient business operations.

Full time position (38-hour week) with overtime penalties
Monday to Friday
Approximately 8:00am/8.30am to 5:00pm/5:30pm (finish times may vary)
