MSS Security is seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor for Monash University, within a high‐tech security setting.
You will lead Control Room Officers, oversee CCTV and access control operations, coordinate incident responses and ensure reporting standards are met.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid background in control room operations, with experience in Milestone CCTV and Integriti systems.
A 24/7 roster and Victorian licensing are essential.
