About the Role
We're looking for an experiencedSenior Behaviour Support Practitionerto join our established multidisciplinary team based from ourElizabeth Vale clinic.
This is an opportunity to continue doing meaningful clinical work while taking a more active role inmentoring, supporting and developing other practitioners.
You'll manage a varied and more complex caseload acrossclinic, home, school and community settings, generally supporting participants within approximately 30 minutes of Elizabeth Vale and across surrounding northern Adelaide communities.
You'll also bring your experience to the broader team throughclinical mentoring, supervision, case discussions and shared learning, helping less experienced practitioners build their confidence and capability.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver evidence-informed Positive Behaviour Support across clinic and community settings
Manage a varied and complex caseload, including Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice requirements
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
Providementoring, clinical supervision and supportto developing practitioners
Contribute your experience to case discussions, peer learning and Communities of Practice
Collaborate with participants, families, support teams and multidisciplinary colleagues
Support quality clinical practice and capability across the broader team
Continue developing your own clinical and leadership skills

What You'll Bring
Current NDIS Commission suitability at Proficient level or above
Significant experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS
Experience managing complex presentations, Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice requirements
Experience mentoring, supervising or supporting developing practitioners is highly regarded
Strong clinical judgement, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative, person-centred and evidence-informed approach
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community work
