I'm looking for a talented, hands-onSocial Designerwho can take a brief, develop the idea and bring it to life.
You'll sit at the intersection ofcreativity, craft and performance, creating social-first creative across a range of clients and campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social.
What you'll do
Develop social-first creative across static, motion, digital, brand and TTL.
Concept campaigns from ideation through to final artwork.
Create assets forMeta, TikTok, LinkedIn, display and landing pages.
Produce short-form video using After Effects, Premiere or CapCut.
Adapt creative across formats, audiences and placements.
Use performance data to inform creative decisions and iterations.
Collaborate with creative, media and strategy teams.
Bring ideas proactively and identify opportunities to use AI effectively.
What you'll need
4-7 years' experiencein an agency or in-house creative team.
Integrated campaign experience across social, digital, brand and TTL.
Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, colour,



composition and brand systems.
A strong understanding ofpaid socialand platform-native creative.
Ability to bothconcept and execute.
Confidence with motion and short-form video.
StrongAdobe Creative Suite and Figmaskills.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication.
A proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have
Experience withUGC-style ads, A/B creative testing, regulated categories, final artwork/pre-pressand robust copywriting instincts.
Full time role
Sydney based hybridworking arrangements - 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
Salary ranges from$110,000 to $130,000 + Super(depending on experience)
Citizen or PRis required for this role.
