Job Description
NFI North Oliver Place, an adolescent residential treatment program for ages *****, is seeking a Shift Supervisor.
You will supervise Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Director and be involved in daily program operations.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, psychology or equivalent, with at least one year of youth experience.
Solid teamwork, crisis judgment and communication skills are essential to ensure safe,
