Green by Nature is seeking a hands-on team leader in Sydney to guide mowing and edging crews using Ventrac, zero-turns and related equipment.
You will work on-site with your team to deliver premium outdoor spaces that look stunning and stay protected.
You will manage junior staff, ensure tool maintenance, identify pests, and report progress.
A horticulture background is preferred, with a strong safety focus and a valid driver's license.
