Job Description
Cast Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a leading commercial real estate group to oversee four premium Adelaide assets for a national institutional landlord with strong on-site support from Facilities Managers and an accounts/admin team.
This senior leadership role requires robust financial reporting, lease administration, stakeholder management, and mentoring of the PM team.
Interstate travel up to twice per annum is available with a team-oriented landlord.
