Job Description
TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large OSHC/childcare service in the ACT.
You'll coach the on-site leadership team, work hands-on on the floor and partner with families, schools and staff to deliver a secure, engaging program.
You'll manageBefore/After/VacationCare, build routines, drive quality programming and ensure safety and compliance, with a focus on team development, communication and continuous improvement.
