About the opportunity
As an Occupational Therapist withClearSky, you will support clients with a range of cognitive,physical,developmentalandpsychosocial needs.




You will deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to build independence, functionalcapacity,participationandquality of life.
The role offers clinical variety and the opportunity to collaborate with clients, families, support networks,serviceprovidersandallied health colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Assessment and clinical support
Deliver evidence-based, person-centredoccupationaltherapy assessments and interventions.
Manage a caseload of NDIS and non-NDIS clients across community and clinic settings.
Complete functional assessments and develop client-centredtherapy plans.
Support people with cognitive,physical,developmentalandpsychosocial disabilities.
Assistive technology and home modifications
Assess and recommend assistive technology and equipment.
Assess home and environmental modification requirements to improvesafety,accessibilityandindependence.
Follow relevantassessment,prescriptionanddocumentation processes.
Capacity building and intervention
Deliver interventions supporting activities of daily living and functional performance.
Support fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, sensory processing and regulation.
Build independence, lifeskillsand participation in the community.




Stakeholder engagement
Represent clients andClearSkyin planning meetings and stakeholder discussions.
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, healthprofessionals,educatorsandfunding stakeholders.
Build professional relationships and advocate for positive client outcomes.
What we are looking for
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, oranequivalentrecognisedqualification.
Current AHPRA registration.
PreviousOccupationalTherapy experience.
Current Australian driverlicence.
Ability to work autonomously, manage acaseloadand contribute within a team.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships withclients,familiesandservice providers.
Commitment to high-quality, person-centredservice delivery and productivity expectations.
Desirable
Experience supporting NDIS participants or clients withdisability.
Community-based Occupational Therapy experience.
Experience with assistive technology,equipmentprescriptionorhome modifications.
Experience supporting people with complex functional needs.
Compliance requirements
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
