We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-onDuty Managerto join the team at our exciting new venue inCity Beach.
Set against some of thebest coastal views in WA, this relaxed yet busy bar and pub is the perfect place for someone who thrives in a quick-pace environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service to guests.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leadingthe team to deliver outstanding service and a memorable guest experience
Overseeing daily operationsto ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere
Managingrosters, stock control, and venue compliance
Providingcoaching and developmentto team members
Ensuring high standards ofvenue presentationandguest satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in aDuty Manageror supervisory role in hospitality




Robust leadership skills with the ability tomotivate and inspirea team
Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills
A solid understanding ofbar operations, stock control, andvenue compliance
A currentRSA and Approved Manager's Card(or the willingness to obtain)
