Victoria Racing Club (VRC) is seeking casual Section Waiters to join the **** Melbourne Cup Carnival and Cox Plate at Flemington Racecourse.
You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service across premium dining rooms, marquees, private suites and bars, supporting world-class hospitality experiences during iconic race days.
Ideal candidates will have F&B; service experience, robust wine knowledge and RSA, with a passion for guest service, excellent communication, and flexibility to work key
