Postino Osteria in Summer Hill, Sydney, part of Maestro Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to own their station and uphold high standards in a Chef's Hat kitchen.
You will prepare and present Italian dishes, mentor juniors and work with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials.
