Key responsibilities in this role include:
Buildingtrusted relationshipswithlandlordsandtenants
Day-to-day portfolio managementsupportacross a growing residential portfolio
Arrears management
Conductingproperty inspections, including ingoing,routine & final inspections, to ensure maintenance and safetystandards are met.
Attendingtribunal hearings whenrequired
Managingrepairs and maintenance
Establishing competitive rental rates by conductingmarket researchon local rates and relevant overhead costs
Workingcollaborativelywith our wider property managementsupport teamto deliveroutstanding service
To be considered for this prospect, you will have:
A current property management license (essential)
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
Demonstrable experience in Property Management (2+ years)
Exceptional customer service experience
