ORS is expanding its Positive Behaviour Support team to support NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan.
As a PBS Practitioner you will work with the client's whole system of supports to contribute to goals and quality of life.
You will observe behaviours of concern, create and implement behaviour support plans, and monitor progress with strong learning and development opportunities in a flexible work workplace.
