SOL featurestwo 19-storey towers, 248 luxury residences, premium commercial offices and ground-floor retail, creating a new benchmark for coastal living on the Sunshine Coast.

As Senior Site Manager, you'll take a leading role in the delivery of this complex high-rise project, driving construction performance, leading site teams and coordinating some of the industry's best subcontractors and consultants.
n
You'll have the influence to make decisions, solve complex construction challenges and set the standard for how the project is delivered.

Take a senior leadership role on a$200M landmark high-rise development
n
Lead delivery acrosstwo 19-storey towers and 248 residences
n
Drive construction from structure through to high-end finishes and completion
n
Lead and develop high-performing site teams
n
Coordinate major subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders
n
Own construction sequencing, methodology, logistics and programme performance
n
Drive safety, quality, productivity and construction excellence
n




Identify challenges early and develop practical solutions that keep the project moving
n
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider leadership team to deliver outstanding project outcomes
n
Build strong relationships with the client, consultants and delivery partners
n
Mentor emerging construction leaders and contribute to the growth of the wider Paynter Dixon team
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for more than someone who can run a site. We're looking for a leader who can take ownership.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
10+ years' experience in construction, with significant high-rise or complex multi-storey experience
n
Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methodologies, sequencing and logistics
n
Experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractor interfaces
n
Strong understanding of structural, façade, services and fit-out delivery
n
A sharp eye for programme, quality, safety and productivity
n
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and manage project risks
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
The confidence to make decisions and lead from the front
n
