Job Description
Tassal Group seeks an experienced Team Leader to head our Afternoon Cleaning Crew at the Huonville processing facility. The role is hands-on, leading about 13 crew members, ensuring hygiene, safety and operational performance while fostering a positive team culture.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee safety, quality and compliance, and report on hygiene programs and efficiency across cleaning processes in a quick-paced food production environment.
