Our client is a well-established electrical contractor delivering a range of commercial projects across the Torbay to Plymouth area, and they are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team.
n
Experience working on NHS, healthcare and
commercial/industrialprojects
would be highly advantageous.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for managing electrical projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
n
n
Managing electrical projects across the Torbay, South Devon and Plymouth areas
n
Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion
n
Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
n
Monitoring programme, costs and project delivery
n
Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality and safety standards
n
Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates
n
Managing project documentation, RAMS and health & safety requirements
n
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
n

Requirements
n
n
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
n
Strong commercial and project management experience
n
Experience delivering commercial electrical projects
n
NHS / healthcare experience highly desirable but not essential
n
ECS card – essential
n
SMSTS – essential
n
Good understanding of electrical installations and construction processes
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Full UK driving licence
n
