This role is ideal for a hospitality professional ready to step into leadership or build on existing management experience; someone who leads from the floor, supports their team, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

About the Role
n
As the Supervisor, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll be hands-on during service, help lead and motivate the team, and play a key role in maintaining Fabbrica's high standards across food, service, and culture. This is a great prospect to grow your leadership capability within Love Tilly Group.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily venue operations
n
Lead shifts and deliver exceptional guest experiences
n
Coach and support FOH teams on service standards and procedures
n
Assist with rostering, labour control and break compliance
n
Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and company policies
n




Support onboarding and training of recent team members
n
Contribute to a positive, respectful and high-performing team culture
n
Step into the Restaurant Manager role when required
n

About You
n
n
Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
n
Confident leading teams during busy service periods
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Passion for food, hospitality, and people
n
Ready to grow into a broader leadership role
