Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
n
n
Expertly analysing and reviewing the extraction of financial statements (e.g. balance sheets, profit & loss statements, livestock trading and cropping schedules and cashflow budgets) to assist in determining the eligibility of applicants for a variety of loan schemes administered by QRIDA.
n
Completing the financial analysis in an accurate and timely manner to allow further determination by relevant decision makers.
n
Proactively manage a portfolio of concessional loan clients, including completing annual reviews and facility change requests.
n
Communicating effectively, both internally and externally, particularly as it relates to loan assessments, including the review and/or compilation of financial data.
