The role:

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processing Attendant (Distribution) to join our team at our Huonville Processing site.
n
This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday- Friday roster, support the Team Leader and logistics team with day-to-day warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.
n
A forklift License is essential for this role.
n
Responsibilities:

Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
n
Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
n
Support a small team to ensure smooth operations.
n
Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.
n

Role requirements:
n
n




Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).
n
Strong time management and organisational skills.
n
Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
Leadership experience is an advantage.
n
Forklift license.
n
