We are looking for an experienced New Build Project Manager to oversee and deliver a residential new-build project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded Project Manager with strong experience in managing new-build construction projects and coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the new-build project.
n
Manage the project programme, budget, quality and health & safety requirements.
n
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and other professional consultants.
n
Manage procurement, contractor appointments and material lead times.
n
Monitor progress against programme and provide regular project updates.
n
Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and risks.
n
Ensure works are delivered to the required specification, quality and regulatory standards.
n
Manage variations,



costs and commercial decisions throughout the project.
n
Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.
n
Oversee snagging, practical completion, certification and final handover.
n
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all relevant compliance requirements are met.
n

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience managing new-build residential construction projects.
n
Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and project delivery.
n
Excellent contractor and subcontractor management skills.
n
Experience managing budgets, programmes and project timelines.
n
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
n
The ability to work independently and take ownership of a project from start to finish.
n
A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
