Job Description
Barwon Health is seeking a Consultation Liaison Nurse to support mental health care within bed-based generalist settings. You will perform comprehensive mental health and AOD assessments, risk reviews and evidence-based interventions, while guiding and educating generalist staff to strengthen their capacity to respond to mental health needs.

You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, develop care plans with patients and families, and act as a link between hospital and community
