Job Description
WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a Technical Recoveries Advisor based in
Wadawurrung/Geelong
with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in the office) and occasional travel to Melbourne and court locations. You will identify, assess and pursue recoveries of paid compensation from negligent third parties, applying legal principles and strategic judgement.

The role requires extensive recoveries and litigation experience, robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and a focus on reducing workplace
