Key Responsibilities
n
n
Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service from booking through to vehicle collection.
n
Manage customer enquiries, service bookings, and daily appointments.
n
Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed on time and customer expectations are met.
n
Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommended work and associated costs.
n
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including any changes to timing or costs.
n
Coordinate future bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
n
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
n
Deliver vehicles back to customers, clearly explaining the work completed and any associated charges.
n
Complete all administrative tasks in line with dealership procedures and manufacturer warranty requirements.
n

Working Hours
n
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
n




Saturday mornings: 7:30am to 12pm. Paid at overtime rates on a rotating roster
n
The right candidate will have:
n
n
Current or previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
n
A valid NSW drivers licence
n
Outstanding communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
n
Strong time management and organisational skills
n
Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately.
n
