What we need from you:
Solid experience as aMachine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer or similar
Proven experience deliveringAI/ML models and solutions from experimentation/POC through to production.
Strong hands-on experience withPython, PyTorch and Transformer-based models.
Experience withNatural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs and classical machine learning.
Experience developingComputer Vision models, including CNNs and/or VLMs.
Strong understanding ofMLOps and DevOps practices, including experiment tracking and tools such asMLflow.
Experience working with commercial cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure or GCP.
RelevantICT qualifications and/or industry certifications.

What you'll do:
Design, develop, evaluate and deploymachine learning and AI solutions.
Take AI/ML initiatives fromProof of Concept through production and operational use.
Develop and maintain production ML capabilities within a multidisciplinary team.
ApplyNLP, Transformer models, Computer Vision and classical ML techniquesto solve business problems.
Implement and supportMLOps practices, including experiment tracking, evaluation, monitoring and operationalisation.
Deliver AI and automation solutions usingAWS and other cloud platforms.
Contribute toAWS serverless application delivery, with AWS CDK experience highly desirable.
Prepare PoC reports, technical documentation, evaluation papers and recommendations.
Supportknowledge transferto internal personnel and contribute to improving organisational AI capability.
