The Role
We're looking for ahands-on Digital Marketing Managerto take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.
This is a great prospect for an experiencedagency marketer looking to move in-house, or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.
You'll be responsible forGoogle & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance, working closely with social and web specialists.
What We're Looking For
6+ years' digital marketing experience
Strong hands‐onGoogle Ads & Meta Adsexperience
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
Stronge‐commerce / Shopifyexperience
Solid understanding ofROAS, CAC, conversion & attribution
Experience withCRM/email automation(HubSpot highly regarded)
Confident usingAI as part of your everyday workflow
What You'll Do
Own and optimiseGoogle & Meta campaignsacross significant budgets




Drivee-commerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pages
Monitor and improveROAS, CAC, conversion and lead quality
BuildHubSpot email campaigns and automations
Improve the customer journey fromad → conversion → sale
UseAI and automationto improve efficiency and performance
