As a Business Development Executive at Gallagher, you will play a pivotal role in developing a pipeline of prospects, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

A Day in the Life Your day will involve managing a portfolio of new business prospects, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline through internal referrals and external leads, and preparing submissions and quotes for clients.
You'll work closely with clients to resolve issues, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and identify opportunities for cross-marketing.




Staying informed of industry trends and sharing success stories will also be key to your success.

A customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
