Groundsperson/Gardener POSITION REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor/Resort Manager POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: NIL KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Maintenance and Grounds and Garden teams Resort Operations staff PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: To actively contribute to the companys vision of putting the world on vacation by providing exceptional service to owners while performing gardening and general care of landscape, nursery and growth of plants.
