We're seeking skilled Multi-Ticketed Plant Operators for a large-scale industrial operation around the Wacol area.

You'll be operating a range of heavy machinery in a well-structured environment with strong safety systems, modern plant and clear pathways for skill growth and equipment rotation.
IDEAL OPERATORS WILL HAVE: Minimum 12 months' experience operating any of the below RIIMP ticketed machinery – i deally competent on two or more of the following: Excavator Loader Grader Dozer Compactor Bulk Water / Moxy The more machines you can operate, the greater your opportunity for variety and progression!
THE ROLE OFFERS:



$***** per hour + penalty rates Average 9 – 12 hour shifts 6:00am day shift starts Overtime and Saturday work available Weekly pay Long-term ongoing employment Modern equipment and excellent safety culture Ongoing training and the chance to learn additional machinery PERMANENT BENEFITS (after qualifying period) Above Award hourly rates Additional hourly allowances for multiple plant tickets Industry allowances Meal allowances Wet weather allowance 12 Rostered Days Off (RDOs) per year Possible bonus payments IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS Reliable transport is essential (site is not accessible by public transport) Successful applicants must complete a pre-employment urine drug screen This is an outstanding prospect for experienced operators who want stability, strong weekly earnings and a company that recognises and rewards skill and reliability.
