We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team and partner with the operation to drive commercial performance.
Reporting to the CFO this brand recent hands-on role will focus on turning financial data into meaningful insights and help leaders understand what's happening, why it's happening and what we can do about it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the CFO to drive performance, enable strategic decision making, and support the implementation of robust processes and practices Analyse budgets, forecasts, revenue, costs and variances Support budgeting,



forecasting and business planning Develop accurate data reporting and dashboards to monitor and manage KPIs (both financial and non-financial) Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast Preparation of consolidated monthly financial and management reports Conduct margin analysis, cost reviews, and profitability reporting Manage inventory accounting and reporting Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability ABOUT YOU WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting capability with genuine commercial curiosity.
You will ideally have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline CPA/CA qualification or working towards qualification highly regarded Previous Management Accounting experience Experience in hospitality, clubs, gaming, hotels, restaurants or retail highly regarded Strong understanding of P
