We're working with a well-established boutique real estate agency in Coburg looking for an experienced Property Manager to step into a Team Leader / Head of Department position.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a small, supportive team where you'll have the opportunity to lead people, oversee the rent roll and help shape the future of the department .
THE ROLE: Overseeing a rent roll of approximately 400 properties Managing your own smaller portfolio of 107 properties Providing day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to the team Conducting weekly team meetings and assisting with performance management Overseeing portfolio management, compliance and VCAT matters Reviewing and improving processes, systems and procedures Supporting the growth of the rent roll and identifying new business opportunities Remaining hands-on with property management while providing leadership to the team Working closely with the business owner and wider team to drive the department forward WHAT'S ON OFFER?
$95K + super 1 day WFH Monday–Friday,



9am–5pm No weekends Car required with parking and fuel allowance provided Work phone provided 50% management fee incentive for new business generated Established 400-property rent roll across Coburg Brunswick Boutique office with a genuinely close-knit and supportive culture ABOUT YOU: .
Ideally, you'll have: 3+ years property management experience Previous Team Leader, Senior PM or HOD experience is highly regarded Strong knowledge of VCAT, compliance and end-to-end property management Confidence managing and mentoring a small team Strong communication and organisational skills A genuine interest in business and rent roll growth The ability to remain hands-on while providing leadership and direction A long-term mindset and desire to build a career within a boutique agency Agents Representative Certificate required.
