Job Description We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team, based in Ormeau .
This role will cover the Gold Coast North territory.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis Qualifications An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry Customer focused with robust time management abilities Excellent communication presentation skills Ability to build strong relationship Must have valid driver's license Strong relationship management skills Good attention to detail Additional Information Why join Bapcor?
