You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties with dedicated support across leasing and inspections, allowing you to focus on your clients and the day-to-day management of your portfolio.

maintenance and renovations Conducting outgoing inspections Managing bond claims and disputes Attending NCAT matters when required Assisting with inspections where needed Ensuring a high level of communication and client service General portfolio administration About You We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to join a business where they can continue developing their career.
You will have: Previous experience managing your own portfolio Current Certificate of Registration Strong landlord and tenant relationship skills Excellent communication and organisation Confidence managing NCAT, bonds and maintenance A proactive and solutions-focused approach A professional and personable nature Why Join?
