COMMUNICATIONS AND COMMUNITY SPECIALIST We are seeking an experienced Communications and Community Specialist to join our Corporate Services team.

A key part of the role is supporting internal communications that keep our people informed, connected and aligned.
You will also contribute to community programs, stakeholder relationships, Bloomfield Foundation activities and the promotion of the positive impact The Bloomfield Group makes in the communities where we operate.
Through a mix of communication and community-focused initiatives, you will help strengthen connections, build awareness and support positive experiences for people, stakeholders and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively across the Group to achieve communication and community outcomes.
Develop internal and external communications across a range of channels.
Coordinate Bloomfield Foundation programs, community investment activities and reporting.
Create and share content that promotes our people, business and community contributions.
Support community initiatives, stakeholder activities, site visits and events.
Maintain positive relationships with people, community organisations and stakeholders.
Maintain communication assets, including photography and video content.
About You You will be a proactive and engaging communications professional who enjoys connecting people, building relationships and creating meaningful engagement opportunities.
Your ability to develop compelling content across a range of communication channels, while engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, will make you an ideal fit for this role.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Community Engagement, Business or a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience.
Experience in communications, community engagement, stakeholder relations, events or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using a variety of software to achieve positive results.
Current NSW Driver's Licence.
Please note this is a site-based role working Monday to Friday.
The role will primarily be based in Ashtonfield, with travel required across our Hunter Valley operations.
A vehicle option is included in the package.
