With a strong reputation for quality delivery across diverse project types, they are expanding their team and looking for an experienced Site Foreman to manage day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage construction activities across structural, finishing, and trade coordination stages Supervise, lead, and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, and on-site personnel Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates and resolve issues Review and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure work meets required standards and deadlines Plan, organize,



and prioritize daily site tasks for efficient workflow Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety Troubleshoot and resolve technical or construction issues as they arise Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and well-maintained Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and safety reports Champion a culture of continuous improvement, quality control, and safety Ideal Candidate: 5+ years' experience in a foreman or site supervisory role within residential construction volume, custom/luxury, or Class 1 2 backgrounds are suitable Trade background preferred (carpentry, building, or related trade) Solid understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations across varied residential project types Experience managing teams and coordinating subcontractors effectively Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams Proactive problem solver, comfortable making on-site decisions Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Safety-focused with a keen eye for risk identification and mitigation This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with ongoing project work across a varied residential pipeline.
