The Role This role is based across our Greater West Region and you will have to travel across all sites including Prairiewood, Liverpool, Blacktown, Rooty Hill, Guilford, Ashfield, Castle Hill and Chester Hill.
These positions include day programs, home and community and community-based one-on-one support where you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients.
These shifts are day shifts of *********** or *********** or ***********.
Implement person-centered planning and foster cutting-edge support approaches to ensure client programs are tailored to individual goals and needs Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication,

A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) Must be able to travel across all sites including Prairiewood, Liverpool, Blacktown, Rooty Hill, Guilford, Ashfield, Castle Hill and Chester Hill Essential Requirements Applicants must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Current First Aid
