Role Initially manage the growth for sought after contractor known for delivering complex and technical projects across the Education, Lab, Pharmaceutical and Government sectors as they expand into new sectors of construction and the interstate market.

complete and submit tenders end to end independently and simultaneously Develop budgets and monitor project costs Collect BOQ's and cost analysis' of project Attend tender meetings and additional client meetings Mentor and assist with the development of additional Estimating team Experience required Previous Estimating experience running tenders independently in excess of $40M+ Experience leading and managing a team expanding into new markets or sectors (especially Aviation/Airports) heavily favorable Proficient with CostX software Previous experience mentoring/developing junior staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Company Founded over 10 years ago, this company is responsible for employing over 50 staff and is known for delivering a combination of new build and fitout/refurbishment projects spanning up to $90M.
